Ultratop is a component of the Ultraflex Liquid Waterproofing System and provides flat roofing applications with a highly protective topcoat and glossy finish.

Applying Ultratop topcoat over Ultraflex liquid waterproofing forms a flexible, continuous film with outstanding adhesion properties.

Ultratop extends the Ultraflex guarantee from 15 years to 20 years. The application of Ultratop to a project will make it resistant to weathering, extreme temperatures and UV thanks to an excellent resistance to abrasion and stress.

ULTRAFLEX is a high-performance liquid membrane system for waterproofing new and existing: Flat roofs, Balconies, Terraces, Walkways and Gutters.

For high-performance liquid waterproofing systems. UltraFlex is a highly elastomeric, safety and quality certified waterproofing solvent-based PU liquid membrane that can be installed in a single layer with excellent adhesion to all types of surfaces.

Ready to use straight out of the tin. Excellent adhesion to different substrates: OSB board, plywood, existing GRP roofs, bitumen membranes, asphalt, metals, brick, concrete, wood etc.

Ultraflex can be used straight out of the tin without catalysators, so no mixing mistakes or wastage on site.
